4. Fees and Payments

- Consultancy services may be billed hourly, on a project basis, or via retainer agreements.
- Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be detailed in the client agreement and may include an upfront deposit, milestone-based payments, or payment upon completion of deliverables.
- Invoices are due within 7 days from the date of issuance.
- Expenses
- Any project-related expenses (travel, materials, software, etc.) will be pre-approved by the client and billed separately.
5. Service Delivery
- Responsibilities

- The client is expected to provide timely feedback, information, and access to necessary resources to enable the successful completion of the project.
- Deadlines and Delays

7. Quality Assurance
- School Premises and Compliance Support is committed to delivering high-quality services. Any feedback or concerns from the client regarding service quality should be raised promptly to ensure corrective measures can be taken.
8. Termination and Cancellation
- Termination by the Client
- The client may terminate the consultancy services at any time by providing written notice of 30 days.
- Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced, and any outstanding fees must be paid.

- Reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to meet contractual obligations or if there is a conflict of interest. In such cases, 30 days' notice will be provided.
- Refunds

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

10. Intellectual Property
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, all work products, reports, or materials produced by School Premises and Compliance Support remain the intellectual property of the consultant until full payment is received.
- The client will receive a non-exclusive license to use the work product upon payment in full.
11. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes may be settled through mediation or arbitration in court.
